Ingredients: makes 2 servings

1 avocado

2 cups of Almond Milk

1 banana

3 dates, pitted

Here’s a quick and filling healthy smoothie recipe which requires only 4 ingredients, that also works for raw foodists.  I grew up eating Avocado ice cream and I like making this smoothie as a healthier option.
